When not to convert MIDI to EC-3

Starting point: MIDI - MID files store note events with no audio of their own. Rendering needs a soundfont, which sets the final timbre. Same payload as E-AC3 under the short program-table name. Encode EC-3 (E-AC-3) from MIDI at 256k for music or 128k for speech, starting from the master.
